Iligan City
The city, widely described as the City of Majestic Waterfalls, lies in the Cagayan-Iligan corridor in the Northern Mindanao (Region 10) region of the Philippines. A highly urbanized city situated within the province of Lanao del Norte though the government is independent in the province. It represents a lone district in the House of Congress.

- Cebuano is widely spoken and understood among locals in the city.
- Regional language, Tagalog, and other languages from other cultural minorities and immigrants from other places, is also spoken here.

- The alternate route is from the nearby Port of Cagayan de Oro City and the Port of Ozamiz City.
- Laguindingan International Airport in the Municipality of Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental is the nearest and operational airport. Philippine Airlines/PAL Express, Cebu Pacific, Tiger Asia, and Air Asia currently provides daily flights. Flights going to Manila is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Jeepneys, Taxi cabs, Pedicabs, Tartanillas (horse-driven carriage), and Motorcycles (Habal-habal) are available for city transport
